Graphic design needs passion and commitment. Connections, ideas and action.
We are the Art Directors and Graphic Designers Association (ADG-FAD): a private, non-profit organization based in Barcelona with an international reach.
Our goal is to promote the culture of graphic design and visual communication.
What moves us
Useful design, enduring beauty, stimulating meaningful dialogue.
Sharing space and time, speaking, debating, recognizing ourselves, being in touch, building empathy and growing together.
Your status and promotion, improving your working conditions. Your opportunities to make contacts. Your progress.
Understanding how design and communication can serve, transform, and improve people’s lives.
Advancing ideas, understanding history, exchanges with other languages. Creating, propagating and going beyond.
Those that were
Pride in our precursors’ achievements, the appeal of their work, the responsibility to follow in their footsteps.
Those who are to come
Encouraging the young, supporting students, trusting in the future.
Updating you about what’s happening abroad, driving internationalisation, introducing ideas, exporting concepts.
Small hand-crafted things
Symbolising what we most like. Linking with our roots, the personal touch, the whispered message. An exchange of glances, a universal language, the satisfaction of a job well done.
