Briefing

Campaign focused on the sale of 1st apartments that seeks to reinforce the position of the brand and its differential (integral accompaniment with the figure of the personal adviser in the center).

Proposal

Creation of the Solvia Method and innovation of the graphic line of the brand that in addition to transmitting the simplicity of the method evolved in its visual code. The solution was to reduce the Solvia icon in its minimum expression, the roof, and give it different meanings through its combination with real images.

Contribution

• ↑ advertising notoriety, specifically in OOH and digital.
• Leader regarding other servicers.

Production

The collage of real images and illustration in the graphic and audiovisual pieces allowed to create simple stories with a great visual impact. The audiovisual pieces were developed by joining two techniques: 3D and traditional frame-by-frame animation of manually created objects
