Archiving the Imprints

Briefing

The brief was to create a digital editorial platform starting off from the words «Love/Hate.» We had to design and prototype starting from an engaging concept that generates content and captivates the audience over time.

Proposta

Archive of images as a visual research around hands—seen as symbol of human expression and human history—enriched by articles and essays, providing insights about the hands’ symbolism through the lens of arts, philosophy and technology.

Aportació

Interactive 3D space displaying the visual content, that the user can filter down to their preference; articles organised through an index with tags.

Producció

The design borrows its visual language from archives and information design. We used Figma to design and prototype; Blender and After Effects to simulate the 3D space of the homepage.
