Briefing

A publication that illustrates the exhibition of RAFA MUNÁRRIZ which has won the second edition of the Artistic Production Program of Comunidad de Madrid-DKV. We worked closely with the artist to design and produce the book.

Proposta

Artist´s work is based on blockade. The artist interferes in the relationship that the viewer have with their own space creating an imperceptible barrier. In the publication, the barrier is represented by typographical lay out.

Aportació

Is the first publication of this Program where the designers have worked hand to hand with the artist to create all the needs of the publication.

Producció

The production of the publication was proposed to create the same physical feeling of how the artist combines different materials in his artworks. We try to recreate that feeling in the publication.
